Welcome to Tulare City School District. If your student has never attended or you have previously enrolled a student online at TCSD school, this Aeries Internet Registration site allows you to quickly start the process of registering a student for enrollment at Tulare City School District.

1️⃣ Please click HERE to determine which school your student should attend according to your home address for grades TK-8th ONLY. Preschool students, please skip this step.

2️⃣ You must have a valid email address to use this system.  Please click HERE to create a free Gmail address before getting started if you do not have an email account.

The Registration process takes approximately 20-30 minutes.  If you are unable to complete the process in one sitting, you may save what you have completed and resume registration at a later time. 

During the Registration process you will be providing information about your student. It is recommended that you have this information available when starting registration.

➡️ Home Language Information

Items to upload or bring to the district office:

• Proof of Age

• Proof of up-to-date required immunizations

• Proof of Residency (Example: utility statement, lease or mortgage info, paystub, Tax bill, item from government agency) 

  • NOTE: Tulare City School District has the right to verify any information provided. Students whose parents are found, after appropriate investigation, to have submitted fraudulent information in an attempt to register and enroll in, or remain in a school to which the student is not assigned shall be immediately withdrawn by the school and must be registered and enrolled in the appropriate residence school by the parent. An unscheduled visit will be made by TCSD attendance officer to verify address.

     

   

   

   

Registration is not complete until you have uploaded or brought the above items to the district office and the secretary has contacted you to verify.
